Personal Care Assistance

We assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:

• Bathing and personal hygiene 
• Grooming and dressing 
• Toileting and incontinence care 
• Mobility assistance (walking, transferring, positioning)

Our caregivers help ensure clients maintain proper nutrition by:

• Preparing meals based on dietary needs and preferences 
• Assisting with feeding when necessary 
• Monitoring food intake and hydration

To maintain a safe and clean living environment, we provide:

• General tidying and organization 
• Laundry and linen changes 
• Dishwashing 
• Trash removal 

While we do not administer medications, we:

• Provide timely reminders for prescribed medications 
• Observe and report any concerns to family or designated contacts

We support independence by assisting with:

• Grocery shopping and prescription pickups 
• Running essential errands (post office, bank, etc.) 
• Light household shopping and supply restocking 
• Assistance with meal-related errands and preparation needs

Our caregivers provide meaningful interaction and support through:

• Conversation and engagement 
• Recreational activities 
• Monitoring emotional well-being
